Zelensky assessed the impact of Ukraine's long-range capabilities.

Long-range strikes on Russian military facilities and infrastructure are effectively creating the necessary momentum to compel Russia to seek peace.
Зеленский подчеркнул влияние дальнобойных систем на Украину.
Every two dollars invested in Ukraine's long-range capabilities inflicts nearly ten dollars worth of damage on Russia. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelensky during his address on the night of Friday, February 21.   According to him, the long-range strikes by Ukraine's Defense and Security Forces on military targets within Russia reduce the Kremlin's ability to sustain its "military machine" for ongoing aggression. There is a "necessary dynamic" in this regard.   The head of state noted that reports at the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Headquarters included, among other things, information about "strikes on Russian military sites and on infrastructure in Russia that supports the war."   "For every two dollars invested in our long-range capabilities, we are already inflicting almost ten dollars worth of damage on Russia. This is a necessary dynamic: Russia must feel the cost of war to genuinely desire peace," Zelensky emphasized.   The president also mentioned that military reports at the Headquarters covered the positions of the Defense Forces on the front regarding the supply situation, contracts, and weapon packages.   "Work is ongoing. I thank each of our partners who understand that strong positions are needed: both on the front to protect people and in diplomacy where strength and truth matter," Zelensky stated.   Furthermore, as the president reported, the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service provided separate reports on "significant matters" at the Headquarters.   Recall that recently it was reported that the Syzran Oil Refinery in Russia temporarily suspended operations following a drone attack.   In Moscow, on the night of February 20, the building of the Lebedev Institute of Precision Mechanics and Computer Technology caught fire. This institute was involved in producing computing technology used in missile defense systems, space monitoring, and mobile communication tracking. The causes of the fire have not been disclosed.
