A rescue operation is underway in the Dnipropetrovsk region following a Russian missile strike. President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this in a video address on Saturday, November 30. "Ordinary civilian infrastructure has been damaged: a residential building and a store in the village of Tsarychanka. It is currently known that four people have been killed in this Russian strike," he reported. Zelensky also noted that the Russians have once again attacked the Kherson region, dropped explosives from a drone on a civilian bus. Four individuals were injured. "And this happens almost every day as Ukraine defends itself against this utterly inhumane pressure. I am grateful to everyone who is helping us get through this, defend against terror, and preserve life for our people," the head of state emphasized. In turn, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Serhiy Lysak, reported on Telegram that the number of injured has reached 21. "Eight people are in serious condition following the Russian attack on the Dnipro district. They have penetrating injuries, damage to internal organs, and fractures," the official stated. Earlier on Saturday, it was reported that Russian forces attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region, resulting in three fires. Initially, 3 fatalities and 19 injuries were reported.
