Zaluzhny expressed his support for Volodymyr Zelensky.

Former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and currently the country's ambassador to the United Kingdom, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, met with President Volodymyr Zelensky. He shared this news on social media on Saturday, March 1, along with a photo from their meeting to show support for the president.   He also expressed words of support and noted that the war reveals who our true allies are.   "This war is a test of our resilience and courage. It exposes both our strength and the loyalty of our genuine allies. In the coming days, London will serve as a venue for essential discussions regarding Ukraine and the support we require. The path ahead will be challenging, but together we will overcome all obstacles. It will be tough, but united, we will prevail," he stated.

  Ukraine and the United Kingdom signed an agreement for an emergency loan of £2.26 billion (approximately $3.2 billion) to bolster Ukraine's defense capabilities. The loan will be repaid from profits generated by frozen assets of the Russian Federation.   Starmer confirmed "full support" for Ukraine
