The National Qualifications Agency has registered the professional standard "Military Accounting Inspector." This document will serve as a guideline for all enterprises in Ukraine that hire specialists for this position. Colonel Alexey Dudka, the chief specialist of the Central Military Education and Science Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, shared this information on Tuesday, December 24, as reported by
ArmyInform. He noted that military accounting must be conducted at all enterprises in Ukraine; however, there is currently a shortage of specialists with the necessary knowledge. "This standard will serve as a reference for employers and employees: it clearly defines what a person in this position should do. This will help avoid fines for violations of military accounting legislation," explained Alexey Dudka. According to him, specialists working as military accounting inspectors will be able to advise enterprises on compliance with legislation, prevention of fines, and organization of mobilization efforts. Alexey Dudka emphasized that enterprises will need to send their military accounting inspectors for training. He mentioned that currently there are about two dozen educational institutions in Ukraine that offer advanced training courses, where "this field is taught to varying degrees." Recall that the Verkhovna Rada has decided that men aged 25 to 60 are subject to mobilization in Ukraine. However, according to Defense Minister Rustem Umerov,
Western partners of Ukraine have questions regarding the mobilization of 18-25-year-olds.
