On February 2, an explosion occurred near the building of the district territorial center for staffing and social support in Pavlograd, Dnipropetrovsk region. This was reported by the press service of the Dnipropetrovsk police on Sunday, February 2. According to preliminary information, a man was injured. The police are conducting investigative actions. "The report of the incident was received by the police around 18:40. Law enforcement officers immediately arrived at the scene," the statement reads. This marks the second incident in just a few days. Earlier, at a gas station in the city of Pyriatyn, Poltava region, during the escort of conscripts to a training center, an unknown individual shot a soldier from the Poltava TCK, took his automatic rifle, and fled with one of the mobilized individuals. Subsequently, they were detained. It is worth noting that on January 26, President Volodymyr Zelensky appointed the commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykhailo Drapaty, as the head of OSUV Khortytsia. Additionally, in February 2024, he was appointed deputy chief of the General Staff for military training, and in May he became the new commander of OTV Kharkiv, successfully holding back the advance of Russian troops in the Kharkiv region.
