Rescuers have found the bodies of two boys who fell through the ice. The search has concluded. This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service on Sunday, March 2.
"Today at approximately 2:00 PM, rescuers discovered the body of a 6-year-old boy who went missing the day before along with his cousin near the Sinyukha River in Pervomaysk," the message stated.
Recall that on March 1, in Pervomaysk, two children went missing on the Sinyukha River, likely having fallen through the ice.
Initially, rescuers and divers found the body of a 10-year-old boy. Later, they were able to recover the body of the second child.
The search involved rescuers, police, medical personnel, and utilized a boat, an underwater robot named Fifish, and a drone.
Previously, on February 13, in the Velykoalexandrovsk community, four children walking on the frozen Ingulec River fell through the ice. A 16-year-old girl witnessed this. She rushed to help and also fell into the water. Fortunately, she and one of the girls were rescued by bystanders.
