The second group of Ukrainian volunteers living abroad has signed contracts with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This involves several dozen individuals, which is double the number compared to previous recruitments. This information was reported by Ukrinform.
The contracts were signed at the recruitment center of the Ukrainian Legion, which operates under the General Consulate of Ukraine in Lublin, Poland. This group includes three women who have chosen medical and communication specialties.
Among the volunteers are citizens of Ukraine residing in Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Denmark. The ages of those who signed contracts range from 18 to 55 years.
According to the recruitment center, a total of about 1300 individuals from abroad have applied to serve in the Ukrainian Legion. The third group of volunteers is expected to sign contracts in February.
