Тищенко не пришел в суд в Днепре из-за госпитализации: что случилось?

People's Deputy Nikolai Tishchenko was absent from the court hearing in Dnipro because he was hospitalized in Kyiv. The prosecutor reported this during the session, clarifying that the parliamentarian was admitted to the capital overnight, where he was diagnosed with ischemic heart disease. This was the reason for his absence from the court. This information was reported by Suspilne.

Earlier, on December 23, the media reported that Tishchenko had missed the Babushkinsky District Court meeting in Dnipro for the second time. This time, he was supposed to be brought in forcibly, according to a decision made at the previous session on December 20. However, as the prosecutor noted, Tishchenko promised to come on his own, and therefore no coercive measures were applied.

On Monday, the hearing regarding the illegal deprivation of liberty of former special forces fighter Dmytro Mazokha continued without the deputy's participation. It should be noted that the first preparatory hearing was supposed to take place on December 20, but Tishchenko also did not appear or connect online then.

The deputy's lawyer stated that due to the house arrest imposed by the court in Kyiv, he is unable to receive the court summons, to which the prosecutor countered, stating that the notification was made in accordance with the law.

It is important to remember that Deputy Tishchenko will be tried for the illegal deprivation of liberty of a combat participant. The State Bureau of Investigation has completed its investigation into People's Deputy Nikolai Tishchenko, who is accused of unlawfully depriving a combat participant of their freedom in Dnipro.
