Air defense forces engaged hostile drones in the Kyiv region.

Air defense forces engaged enemy drones in the Kyiv region during the night of February 4. This was reported by the Kyiv Regional Military Administration (OVA).

"Unmanned aerial vehicles have been detected in the airspace. Air defense forces are targeting the objectives," the OVA statement reads.

Earlier, the Air Forces reported UAVs in the eastern part of Kyiv region, moving westward.

Additionally, the military warned about UAVs traveling towards Kyiv from the northern and eastern directions.

It is worth noting that as a result of an enemy "Shahed" hitting a multi-story residential building in Sumy, four people died and 9 were injured with varying degrees of severity.

It was previously reported that as a result of the shelling, seven residents of the building were injured, including a child.
