Explosions were heard in Mykolaiv. The Russian army attacked the city with seven strike drones, resulting in damage to high-rise buildings. This was reported on Tuesday, January 21, by the
Air Forces and the mayor of Mykolaiv,
Oleksandr Senkevych. At 22:41, Senkevych announced that an explosion was heard in Mykolaiv. At 23:06, he reported that explosions were ongoing. The Air Forces mentioned strike drones targeting the city. Later, the head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration, Vitaliy Kim,
reported that the occupiers launched seven Shahed-type strike drones at the city. As a result of the attack, residential buildings were damaged, and fires broke out in the city. Kim specified that a fire engulfed one of the apartments in a high-rise building, and its residents are being evacuated. No information about casualties has been reported yet.
