On Friday, February 21, the weather in Ukraine will be influenced by a high-pressure area, bringing a cold air mass from the northeast. No precipitation is expected across the country, except in the eastern and southern regions where light snow may occur in some areas. The night will be cold due to limited cloud cover, but during the day, the sun will alleviate the frost. This information is reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.

The wind will be blowing from the northeast, while in the western regions, it will come from the southeast at a speed of 5-10 m/s.

The nighttime temperature will range from -9 to -14°C, with some areas in the eastern and western regions experiencing temperatures as low as -15 to -18°C. During the day, temperatures will vary from -2 to -7°C, particularly in Transcarpathia and Crimea, where nighttime temperatures are expected to be between -5 and -10°C, rising to between -3°C and 2°C during the day.

In the capital and the Kyiv region, variable cloudiness is expected on February 21, with no precipitation forecasted. Icy conditions may form on the roads. The wind will be blowing from the northeast at 5-10 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will be between -10 and -12°C, while daytime temperatures will range from -4 to -6°C.
