People's Deputy Alexander Fedienko has denied rumors that the Verkhovna Rada is preparing a new draft law regarding the accountability of employees at Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support (TCRSS) for violations of mobilization procedures. The deputy announced his denial via his Telegram channel.

Previously, Deputy Maxim Buzhansky stated that the proposed draft law could include provisions banning TCRSS employees from wearing balaclavas and from using force against citizens.

However, Fedienko firmly refuted these claims, emphasizing that no draft laws concerning these issues are currently being developed.

"Once again, yesterday a joint meeting of the two committees, law enforcement and national security, was held. They discussed problematic issues, balaclavas, busification, police operations, video recording, and summons (postal distribution). THAT'S IT! There were and can be no legislative proposals. Because all this is already regulated by existing legislation," Fedienko stated.

It was previously reported that the Rada is preparing a draft law on the responsibility of TCRSS and Military Medical Commissions (MMC) for illegal mobilization. The Verkhovna Rada will begin developing a draft law that will enhance the accountability of TCRSS and MMC employees for the illegal mobilization of individuals not subject to conscription.
