Zelensky: F-16s have destroyed seven Russian missiles.

American F-16 fighter jets provided by allies to Ukraine have successfully destroyed seven cruise missiles that were aimed at civilian targets two nights ago. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in an interview with the British television channel Sky News on Friday, November 29.   "How are the F-16s performing today? Very well. Mostly, excellent. We have very few F-16s. What are they doing now? They destroyed seven cruise missiles two nights ago. Seven missiles that were heading towards infrastructure, civilian infrastructure," he reported.   According to the president, despite the limited number of F-16 fighter jets currently in Ukraine's possession, their effectiveness in countering Russian aerial threats is high.   Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen reminded that the country has already transferred six F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine. In total, Ukraine is set to receive 19 aircraft.   Recall that in July, Ukraine received its first F-16 fighter jets. According to media reports, this involved six combat aircraft.
