The National Police of Ukraine has launched a large-scale special operation aimed at curbing the activities of organizers of illegal channels for smuggling conscript-age men across the state border. This is reported by the National Police of Ukraine.
As part of the first phase of the operation, operatives from the Department of Strategic Investigations (DSR) and investigators of the National Police simultaneously conducted over 600 searches in various regions of Ukraine. These measures are aimed at identifying and detaining individuals who organized schemes for illegal border crossings.
According to law enforcement sources, the traffickers established routes that allowed men to avoid official checkpoints. The criminals facilitated the illegal crossing of the border by hundreds of conscripted individuals.
The special operation covered all regions of Ukraine, indicating the scale of the problem and the importance of addressing it. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing, and details of the operation will be disclosed after the investigation is completed.
