The largest mobile operators have modified the billing period for their most affordable plans, changing the payment structure from a calendar month to a four-week cycle.
As of early spring 2025, the cheapest plan offered by "Kyivstar" remains the LOVE UA Comfort, priced at 140 hryvnias. However, it is exclusively available to pensioners and individuals with disabilities, as reported by Politeka.net.
To subscribe, customers must visit the operator's official store and present the necessary documents. The package includes unlimited calls within the network, 60 minutes for other Ukrainian operators and landline numbers, 6 GB of mobile internet, and 60 SMS messages.
In the mass market segment, prices for plans have significantly increased over the past six months. If in the summer of 2024, the minimum cost started at 175 hryvnias for four weeks (with the LOVE UA maximum plan), a similar package, LOVE UA Svітло Kontakт, now costs 250 hryvnias, according to Politeka.net.
This package includes 20 GB of mobile internet, 6.1 GB of roaming internet, unlimited calls within the network, 150 minutes for other Ukrainian operators and international calls to 13 countries, 100 SMS messages, and additional "Superpower" options that allow users to add more gigabytes, minutes, SMS, or access to the "Kyivstar TV" platform. This plan has become the most popular among subscribers.
The operator also offers special conditions for new clients transferring their numbers via MNP. In this case, a plan priced at 125 hryvnias for four weeks is available with a fixed price for 13 payments or a contract option at 100 hryvnias.
Similar conditions apply to the LOVE UA Magnit and LOVE UA Magnit contract plans, which include 20 GB of mobile internet, 1200 minutes for all Ukrainian networks with subsequent unlimited calls within "Kyivstar," and the option to choose additional services such as unlimited internet, home internet (for contract subscribers), or access to "Kyivstar TV."
