Some Ukrainian women are eligible to apply for an early pension – this can be done at the age of 50, provided they have the required work experience.
According to the PFU, applications can be submitted both offline and online.
Women who have raised children with disabilities until the age of 6 can receive their pension not at 60, but at 50, provided they have at least 15 years of insurance experience.
Applications can be submitted even a month before turning 50. To apply online, one must have a qualified electronic signature and prepare color copies of the necessary documents.
Documents required for pension registration:
- Passport;
- Taxpayer registration number (RNOCPP);
- documents confirming insurance experience (employment record book, diploma, child's birth certificate, etc.);
- Marriage certificate (in case of a name change);
- Documents recognizing the child as a person with a disability from childhood or as a child with a disability (extract from the medical examination act);
- Medical certificate from a healthcare institution;
- Assistance recipient certificate;
- Certificate from the authority granting assistance regarding the period of provision;
- Salary certificate for the 60 months prior to June 30, 2000 (if desired);
- Bank account details (if payment is chosen through a bank);
- Photograph for the pension ID (size 2.5x3 cm).
