Now, residents of Odessa whose homes have been destroyed by Russian occupiers can receive funds for new housing through the "recovery" program not only via the "Diia" app but also through the CNAP.
This was reported by the Ministry of Community Development and Territory.
Previously, applications for compensation could only be submitted through the online service.
Those who lack internet access or cannot use "Diia" for other reasons can now apply for a housing certificate directly at the CNAP.
“These changes will assist those who were unable to obtain the service through the mobile application. It also allows applications to be submitted by authorized representatives on behalf of owners of destroyed properties or individuals without an RNOCPPP,” the ministry stated.
The housing certificate is valid for five years and can be used to purchase an apartment, a house, or invest in future housing.

CNAP operating hours - from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Additionally, Politeka reported that in light of the escalation of hostilities and calls from military border administrations to evacuate, various organizations and volunteer funds are providing assistance with accommodation.
