Famous Ukrainian chef and winner of the MasterChef cooking show, Yevhen Klopotenko, shared how to prepare cheese pancakes in a frying pan.
Yevhen Klopotenko published the recipe for frying pan cheese pancakes on his YouTube channel, as reported by Politeka.
"Everyone has cooked cheese pancakes at least once in their life, but I am often asked how to make them perfect. My recipe for classic cheese pancakes will help you prepare this simple dish even faster and achieve an unparalleled taste," Klopotenko stated.
It is crucial to select the right cheese and to cook them gently in the frying pan – this is the main secret to frying pan cheese pancakes.
INGREDIENTS for making Classic Cheese Pancakes in a frying pan: 400 g Cheese (Cottage Cheese), 1 Egg, 3 tbsp Flour (plus extra for breading), 3 tbsp Sugar, 3-4 tbsp.
Sunflower oil for frying, a pinch of Salt, 10 g Vanilla sugar.
It is very important that the frying pan is heated very well.
Take the cheese pancakes and coat them in flour, then place them on the heated frying pan, fry for one minute, flip the pancakes, and fry for a few more minutes.
If you notice that your cheese pancakes in the frying pan are starting to burn, you can remove them from the heat and place them in the oven – done! The most delicious, simplest, and tender breakfast is ready.
The cheese pancakes in the frying pan are ready – now it’s time to make a nice presentation – for example, using sour cream and powdered sugar.
