Russia continues to use Ukraine as a testing ground for new weapons, showing complete disregard for human dignity and freedom. This was stated by President Vladimir Zelensky in his address to the citizens of Ukraine on Thursday, November 21.

On this day, the country celebrates the Day of Dignity and Freedom, recalling the events of two revolutions that shaped its development and honoring the resilience of its people.

"Today, our crazy neighbor has once again shown what he is really like and how he despises both dignity and freedom, and indeed the lives of people. And how he is afraid. Afraid to such an extent that he is already using new missiles. And he is searching the world for more weapons. Sometimes in Iran, sometimes in North Korea. Today, there was a new Russian missile. All characteristics: speed, altitude - intercontinental ballistic. Currently, examinations are ongoing," he reported.

Zelensky emphasized that Russia's actions once again reveal its true face, violating all norms of international law and basic principles of humanity. According to the president, the aggressor is turning Ukraine into a platform for testing, demonstrating fear of the independence of the Ukrainian state and its aspiration for a peaceful, dignified life.

"Putin will do anything to prevent his neighbor from breaking free from his grasp. And I thank all Ukrainians, all Ukrainian women, who are steadfastly, bravely, and firmly defending Ukraine from this evil. Dignified. This is one of the key words about Ukraine - dignity. And this is a word that, apparently, will never be said about Russia," he added.

Let us remind you that in the morning, the Russian Federation launched an intercontinental ballistic missile, "Kinzhal," and six X-101s at Ukraine. On November 21, 2024, Russia attacked Dnipro with an intercontinental ballistic missile. The Ukrainian Air Forces destroyed some of the missiles, preventing serious consequences for the city.
