The Air Force clarified that the Orlan drone did not adjust its strike on Odessa.

The Southern Air Command emphasized that the Russian Orlan-10 drone did not correct the strike on Odessa on January 31.   Iskander-M ballistic missiles hit pre-determined coordinates, while the UAV was not over the city but rather in the Black Sea area, 25-30 km from the shore.   Ukrainian radars tracked its entire flight and destroyed it with FPV drones near Koblevo.       The statement noted that currently, the Russians do not need to adjust drone strikes.
