The situation in the Kursk region of Russia has been fully stabilized. Russian troops still have the capacity for further assault attempts. This was stated by Andrey Kovalenko, the head of the Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council, on Telegram.
"The combat check for the Russians was unsuccessful - losses in equipment and personnel. North Korean military forces have not yet been involved in assault actions, but they are positioned," he wrote.
Recall that a week ago, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the first casualties among North Korean troops fighting on the side of Russia in the Kursk region.
The Ministry of Defense reported the first combat encounter between Ukrainian fighters and North Korean military personnel on the territory of the Kursk region.
