For the first time in the Rivne region, a court has restricted a Ukrainian citizen's right to drive due to violations of military registration rules. This is reported by Opendatabot.

"There is already a case where the court granted the claim of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCRSS). The driver has been temporarily restricted from operating vehicles for the first time due to violations of military registration rules - until he meets the requirements of the TCRSS or until that requirement is revoked," the statement reads.

According to the judicial register "Babushka," at least 41 court cases have been identified concerning the deprivation of the right to operate a vehicle due to non-compliance with military registration.

Ukrainians can review similar claims against themselves through judicial services in the "Dія" app or via the electronic cabinet of the "eCourt" system.

Currently, there are more than 25,000 cases listed in the Unified State Register of Debtors related to violations of military registration rules.
