The Central Defense Command stated that the morning attack was not large-scale, but Russia is fully prepared for extensive shelling operations.

Russia is prepared for a large-scale offensive against Ukraine, having amassed cruise missiles, and the use of strategic aviation confirms this.
В ЦПД отметили, что утренний удар не был массовым, но в России все подготовлено для масштабных атак.

Today's combined attack utilizing cruise missiles, ballistic missiles (including the KN23 from North Korea), and drones has not yet been massive. This was reported by Andrey Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, via his Telegram channel.

"However, I remind you that the enemy is fully prepared for a massive attack, as the Russians have stockpiled cruise missiles and continue to do so for the winter. The use of strategic aviation confirms this. All the enemy's plans are known and clear; Ukraine will counteract," he stated.

It is worth noting that Russia attacked Kyiv with missiles, and explosions were heard. Russian occupiers targeted the capital with missiles from early morning, and air defense systems were operational in Kyiv.

We recall that the CPD commented on the nighttime simulation of missile launches from Russia. The Russians are preparing for a massive bombardment, and the simulation of morning missile launches is necessary to maintain the readiness of the aviation and to exert psychological influence on Ukrainians.

Previously, it was reported that a new air attack from Russia could be twice as large as the one in August, according to a war veteran. The veteran also expressed the view that potential military actions could intensify depending on weather conditions and the global political situation, urging readiness in the face of new threats. After the mass attack in August, the Russian army could have launched up to 300 missiles, and the next strike could be twice that amount.
