Photos of a Ukrainian soldier with a severed head have surfaced online, and the individual's identity has been confirmed.

The Ukrainian side has preliminarily identified the Ukrainian serviceman whose image with a severed head is circulating online. This was reported by Arthur Dobroserdov, the authorized representative for missing persons under special circumstances, via Telegram.

Photographic materials published on enemy information resources documented a brutal crime against the Ukrainian defender. Consequently, the National Police of Ukraine has been notified to establish contact with the deceased's relatives and to conduct investigative actions aimed at clarifying the circumstances of the tragedy, searching for the body, and gathering other essential data.

The Office of the Prosecutor General has also been informed about this crime, which constitutes yet another gross violation of international humanitarian law by the aggressor state.

"We urge everyone to refrain from spreading unverified information and to trust only official sources. To ensure the inevitability of accountability for the aggressor state, every war crime is meticulously documented, and the relevant information is forwarded to international legal institutions," he stated.

Recall that Peskov stated that Zelensky "has no right" to negotiate with Russia. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov claimed that Vladimir Zelensky allegedly lacks the authority to participate in negotiations involving Kyiv, Moscow, Washington, and Brussels.
