In the Kirovohrad region, a missile's warhead has been neutralized.

  In the vicinity of one of the settlements in Kirovohrad region, an undetonated warhead of a cruise missile was discovered; it was destroyed by explosives experts through a controlled detonation. The region's police press service reported this on Monday, November 18.   It is noted that specialists from the departmental explosive ordnance disposal service, upon receiving notifications about the object's fall, arrived at the scene.   "With the involvement of special equipment, the warhead was found beneath a layer of soil and was destroyed on-site using the controlled detonation method while adhering to all safety regulations," the statement said.

    Explosives experts reminded that one should never touch or move explosive items. It is essential to retreat to a safe distance and report the find by calling 102.   Recently, in Lviv region, pyrotechnicians from the State Emergency Service neutralized the warhead of the Russian missile Kinzhal. Recall that since February 24, 2022, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine have neutralized 535,896 explosive items. Due to mines and other explosive items, Ukraine incurs losses of 11.2 billion dollars annually. The largest losses are attributed to reduced grain exports and lower local tax revenues.
