Who Will Receive the Husband's Pension
If a woman cannot support herself independently, she may be eligible for her deceased husband's pension.

- the other spouse or parents, if they are persons with disabilities or have reached retirement age;
- children under 18 or older if their disability was established before they turned 18;
- children who are studying – until they complete their education, but no longer than until they are 23;
- orphaned children – until they are 23;
- the other spouse, one of the parents, brother, sister, grandfather, or grandmother of the breadwinner, regardless of age and ability to work, who are not employed and are caring for the breadwinner's child until the child reaches eight years old.
What is the Amount of Payments
The pension amount is calculated based on the deceased's payments. They are as follows:
- for one non-working family member – 50% of the deceased breadwinner's retirement pension;
- for two or more non-working family members – 100% of the retirement pension, distributed equally among them.
