Gunfire occurred near a park in Cherkasy.

In Cherkasy, a man opened fire. He was apprehended by law enforcement. This was reported by the police press service on Saturday, January 25.   It is noted that a shooting occurred near the park on Victory Avenue in Cherkasy. According to preliminary information, several individuals were injured as a result of the shooting. The offender has been detained.   Police and medical personnel are currently on the scene.   "The identity of the perpetrator has been established and detained by the police. The question of legal qualification of the incident is being resolved. Details will follow," the statement reads.   Local sources report that the assailant shot a woman in the head. Her condition is currently unknown.   Recall that on January 17, a 31-year-old woman opened fire in a store in Cherkasy. The police apprehended the offender.   On January 13, in Kyiv, during a dispute over dogs in the Holosiivskyi district, a man shot his opponent in the face.
