Umerov met with the Minister of Defense in Norway.

Ukraine's Defense Minister Rustem Umerov met with his Norwegian counterpart Bjørn Arild Gram during a visit to Norway, where they discussed matters of bilateral cooperation. Umerov reported this on Facebook on November 14.   The ministers talked about ways to develop and enhance Ukraine's air defense system.   According to Umerov, another key topic of the meeting was the training of Ukrainian military personnel with the involvement of Norwegian instructors.   It is worth noting that the leader of Norway's opposition Conservative Party and former Prime Minister Erna Solberg emphasizes the need for a significant increase in support for Ukraine. Her party proposes to raise financial aid to Kyiv from 15 to 45 billion kroner (approximately $1.3 billion to $4 billion – ed.) next year.   Earlier, it was reported that Norway will allocate $119 million for armaments for Ukrainian F-16s.
