She ordered tea and a bottle of mineral water on the train and was shocked by the price and quality of the products.

The blogger shared her feelings in a post on her Facebook page.

"I entered Ukraine in the morning on my favorite 'Ukrzaliznytsia.' I traditionally ordered tea and took water. I was quite surprised when I groggily looked at the cup and realized its size and quality… For some reason, I wasn't given a receipt (even though I paid at the terminal), so I can't say how much each item in this set costs, but that shabby bottle of water (in the photo), which raises doubts about its authenticity, and the tiny cup of sea buckthorn tea together cost 105 UAH," the woman recounted.

After the blogger asked why the cup was so small, she was offered to replace it with a larger one for 15 hryvnias.

"But the concentration of tea in the bag is such that in a larger cup the drink will be tasteless. Ukrzaliznytsia, are you serious? Yes, I know you changed the service company, but why have prices significantly increased while quality has drastically decreased? What is the true meaning of this change? My reaction is simply: 'ugh.' The feeling of disgust lingers. It smells like 'Soviet' times. Perhaps if one didn't know how it was until recently, it might seem okay. But I do know. War is not an excuse to deceive your own citizens," the woman expressed her outrage.

"Ukrzaliznytsia" did not remain indifferent and responded to the complaints. They thanked for the feedback and promised to pass on the comments to the catering operators to improve the quality of service on the trains.

"We regret that your experience with our services on the train did not meet your expectations. We will definitely pass on your remarks regarding the cup size, drink quality, and prices to the catering operator responsible for providing products on the trains. It is important for us that the services on the trains meet your expectations and quality standards," the company noted.
