Mykola Tyshchenko has once again been placed under round-the-clock house arrest. This information became available on January 27 from Suspilne Dnipro.
The district court in Dnipro has modified the preventive measure for the deputy, imposing house arrest for a minimum of two months. This decision was made during the preliminary court hearing concerning the illegal deprivation of liberty of former special forces fighter Dmytro Mazokha.
Tyshchenko participated in the hearing via video link, and another accused individual, former police officer Bohdan Pisarenko, was also present in court.
It was previously reported that from June 25 to December 23 of last year, Tyshchenko was already under round-the-clock house arrest. After his arrest was lifted and no new preventive measure was chosen, he was able to attend a session of the Verkhovna Rada on January 8.
As a reminder, border guards detained six "swimmers" crossing the Tysa River within a single day. Border guards from the Mukachevo unit apprehended six men attempting to illegally cross the border via the Tysa River.
