США приостановили реализацию гражданских проектов в Украине.
The USA has halted funding for humanitarian projects in Ukraine. The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has received this directive. This was reported on Friday, January 24, by Reuters, citing a source within the agency.   "A USAID representative, who wished to remain anonymous, stated that staff responsible for projects in Ukraine have been ordered to cease all operations. Among the frozen projects are support for schools and healthcare assistance, particularly emergency aid for mothers and child vaccinations," the report indicates.   It is noted that the final decision on the extension, modification, or termination of programs will be made by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio after a review over the next 85 days.   As previously reported, Donald Trump signed an order on his first day after inauguration, halting all U.S. foreign aid programs for 90 days. An assessment will be conducted to determine their alignment with American policy goals.   Recall that in October of last year, USAID launched the "Rehabilitation for Ukraine" initiative - or Rehab4U, which was intended to help establish a sustainable, inclusive rehabilitation system.
