The forecaster predicts temperatures in Ukraine will rise to +20°C by the end of January.

At the end of January, Ukraine will experience a warming trend, with air temperatures in most regions rising to +10+15 degrees. In the capital, Kyiv, thermometers may reach up to +15 degrees, while in the southwest of the country, temperatures could even soar to +20 degrees. This weather is expected to be pleasant for residents of the central and western regions. This information is reported by meteorologist Natalia Didenko.

Meanwhile, in the eastern part of the country, temperatures will remain significantly cooler, ranging from +5 to +9 degrees. Nighttime temperatures in Ukraine will vary from around zero to +1+6 degrees during the day.

However, despite the warming, strong northwestern winds are expected on January 17-18. Wind gusts could reach 15-20 meters per second, which may pose a danger to pedestrians and drivers. Therefore, it is important to exercise caution: park vehicles in safe locations, avoid staying under leafy trees and near billboards.

In Kyiv, January 17-18 will also be windy, with gusts up to 15-18 meters per second, but no precipitation is anticipated. Daytime temperatures will fluctuate between +2 and +4 degrees, while nighttime temperatures are expected to be around 0 degrees.
