The SBU struck Russia's largest trading port, Ust-Luga, using drones, according to media reports.

On January 4th, the Security Service of Ukraine launched an attack on Russia's largest port, Ust-Luga, utilizing long-range drones.

The attack on the largest Russian port of Ust-Luga in the Leningrad region was carried out by the Security Service of Ukraine. This was reported by a source in the SBU in an interview with Ukrinform.

According to the source, on January 4, long-range drones of the SBU covered a distance of over 900 kilometers, reaching the outskirts of St. Petersburg, and accurately hit their target. One of the videos captured shows one of the drones striking gas condensate tanks.

As a result of the strike, one of the tanks was severely damaged, while three neighboring ones were affected by shrapnel from the explosion. Experts note that the recovery of the damaged facilities will take at least a month, which will inevitably disrupt the operations of the port.
