Rustem Umerov, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, has appointed Oleksandr Kubrakov, who previously led the Ministry of Communities, Territories, and Infrastructure Development, as his advisor on a voluntary basis. Rustem Umerov announced this on Facebook.
"I have appointed Oleksandr Kubrakov as my advisor on a voluntary basis. His experience as Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Infrastructure, and head of 'Ukravtodor' is invaluable and will assist in improving the supply and logistics system in the Armed Forces of Ukraine," he wrote.
He expressed confidence that his state and practical experience will enhance the efficiency of defense processes and strengthen our defense capabilities.
As a reminder, columns of ambulances: Andriushchenko reported strikes on Russian positions near Melitopol. Strikes have been carried out near the occupied Melitopol targeting the locations of Russian military forces. Local residents report a column of ambulances heading towards the impact zone.
