Russians established a "red enclave" in Andreyevka, with the Ukrainian Armed Forces providing a strong resistance, according to DeepState.

Russian forces continue to increase their activity in the vicinity of Andreevka in the Donetsk region, where a new combat area, referred to as the "red enclave," has recently emerged. This is evidenced by data from the monitoring project DeepState, which tracks the situation at the front.

To the north of the settlement, the enemy is applying pressure on the positions of Ukrainian defenders, advancing from the direction of Slavyanka and Petropavlovka along the ravines towards the Yasenovo-Andreevka road.

"Recently, everyone could observe the 'red enclave' on the northeastern outskirts of Andreevka, which some mistook for an error or bug. In reality, it reflects the presence and entrenchment of the k*ts*ap infantry on the edges of the village, which is attacking from various sides, even through the positions of the Defense Forces. Over time, the movement of the enemy became clearer, as they paved their way from Petropavlovka and are now primarily trying to infiltrate the village from that area using dug-in fortifications," the report states.

At the same time, Russian units attempted to penetrate through the village of Shevchenko, utilizing the system of engineering fortifications located between it and Andreevka.

Footage of the combat operations of Ukrainian servicemen in this area has already surfaced online.

According to DeepState, after initial partial successes in Andreevka, the Russian command decided to intensify the offensive by deploying infantry units, despite the losses.

The defense of the settlement remains a challenging task for the Ukrainian military due to a number of factors that require resolution. However, despite the difficulties, the defenders continue to make every effort to hold back the enemy and inflict significant losses upon them. Additionally, Russian troops have intensified their activities in the area between Ulakly and Dachny, which may indicate preparations for new attacks on Andreevka.
