Russia is preparing its resources for war by 2027, according to the Center for Political Data.

Russians are doing everything they can to disrupt the negotiation process and blame Ukraine for it, while preparing resources to continue the war.
Россия накапливает ресурсы для военных действий к 2027 году, сообщает ЦПД.
The Russian authorities are not interested in peace negotiations, as Moscow aims to accumulate resources and allocate them in a way that allows Russian troops to wage war against Ukraine until 2027. This was stated on Friday, January 3, by the head of the Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council, Andrei Kovalenko, during a broadcast on the Espresso TV channel.     Kovalenko noted that this is indicated not only by the statements of the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, but also by the operations of Russia's military-industrial complex.   "In Russia, there is an attempt to utilize the narrative of the 'illegitimacy' of the Ukrainian president to conduct negotiations regarding the war in Ukraine without Ukraine being involved. Moscow hoped this would work with the newly elected president Donald Trump. I hope that these ambitions are recognized not only by us but also by the new administration of Donald Trump and the European Union," said the head of the CPD.    Kovalenko believes that forcing Putin to negotiate can only be achieved through strength and by countries that support the Russian Federation - particularly China.   "If we can engage Beijing in negotiations, and not on Moscow's side, Russia's rhetoric will change. The Kremlin cannot sustain the intensity of the war against Ukraine without assistance in circumventing sanctions and support for the military-industrial complex," Kovalenko explained.   He added that currently in Russia, they are "mirroring" Ukraine's position on security guarantees. They are promoting the idea that Ukraine cannot be in NATO and are questioning our country's European integration.   "It is crucial to see a firm stance from the United States in the diplomatic duel with Russia. Our task is to prevent manipulations regarding the security guarantees for Russia, ensuring that these guarantees do not include the weakening of our Euro-integration or security guarantees. This is a key point that the Russians will attempt to exploit," Kovalenko stated.   Let us recall that on New Year's Eve, Russians launched 111 drones at Ukraine. Of these, 63 were shot down. Another 46 enemy UAVs were lost in terms of location. Two drones flew into Russia and Belarus.   Meanwhile, the "Shahed" drones managed to reach Kyiv, where they were engaged by air defense. The wreckage of the downed drones fell in the Svyatoshynsky and Pechersky districts and caused fires.
