Weather forecast for November 22: snow, rain, and gusty winds expected across Ukraine.

The weather forecast for Ukraine on November 22 indicates overcast skies with precipitation in the form of snow and rain. During the night, snow and rain are expected in the eastern regions, as well as in Transcarpathia and Prykarpattia, while during the day, most of the country will experience similar weather, except for the southeast and east. In the western, northern, Vinnytsia, and Cherkasy regions, there is a possibility of ice forming on the roads. This information is reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.

In the western regions, the temperature at night will range from -1 to -6 degrees Celsius, while during the day it will rise to 1-4 degrees Celsius. Transcarpathia will experience significant precipitation, which may lead to challenging weather conditions. In the central and northern regions, night temperatures will drop to -1 to -6 degrees Celsius, and during the day, they will reach 1-4 degrees Celsius. Wind gusts in these areas will reach 15-20 m/s during the day. In the eastern part of the country, temperatures at night will vary from -3 degrees Celsius to +2 degrees Celsius, while during the day, they will range from +2 to +7 degrees Celsius. The southern regions will experience milder conditions with daytime temperatures between +8 and +13 degrees Celsius.

In the Carpathians, moderate snowfall is expected at night, with significant snow and blizzards anticipated during the day. Nighttime temperatures in the mountains will fluctuate between -6 and -11 degrees Celsius, while daytime temperatures will drop to -0 to -5 degrees Celsius.

In Kyiv and the surrounding area, there will be no precipitation at night, but ice will form on the roads. During the day, wet snow and rain will occur in Kyiv and the region. The wind will be from the south at a speed of 7-12 m/s, with gusts reaching 15-20 m/s during the day. Nighttime temperatures in Kyiv will decrease to -3 to -5 degrees Celsius, while daytime temperatures will be between +1 and +3 degrees Celsius.

Considering the challenging weather conditions, a yellow level of danger has been declared in Kyiv and the surrounding area due to ice and strong wind gusts. This may lead to complications for energy and utility services, as well as disruptions in transportation. Therefore, safety services urge caution on the roads, especially at night when icy conditions could pose dangers for drivers and pedestrians.
