Preventive restrictions have been lifted, according to Ukrenergo.

During the night and morning, Russian forces carried out a massive, tenth missile and drone attack on Ukraine's energy system since the beginning of the year. This was reported by Ukrenergo on November 17.

It was noted that energy facilities in several regions were damaged as a result of the strikes.

"Currently, the preventive restrictions have already been lifted. Emergency restoration work continues in the Odesa region, as well as in the Volyn and Rivne regions," the company added.

Recall that on Sunday, November 17, Russian forces launched a massive aerial attack on Ukraine using drones and missiles.

Due to the attack, an emergency power outage regime was implemented in Ukraine.
