The head of Poland's Ministry of Defense, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, announced that he has made the decision to establish an army of drones at the beginning of 2025. This was reported by Polish radio RMF24.   On Thursday, November 28, during the celebration of Polish Navy Day, Kosiniak-Kamysz declared that he had decided to create an army of drones in early 2025.   The drone forces will include aerial, ground, surface, and underwater vessels. The latter two categories of vessels will also be utilized in the Navy.   Kosiniak-Kamysz emphasized the necessity of having a solid strategy for preparing for mass production of next-generation drones, the demand for which, he estimates, is increasing weekly.   According to him, "drones cannot be purchased in advance"; however, it is essential to have a certain pool of available flying vehicles "for complex scenarios."   Previously, Kosiniak-Kamysz stated that Poland will allocate a record amount for defense in 2025, amounting to 186.6 billion zlotys, which equals 48 billion dollars.   Seven countries announced an increase in aid to Ukraine
