During the attack by the Russian Federation on Odessa on the night of November 15, approximately 400 apartments were damaged across three districts. This was
reported by the Odessa City Council. It was noted that, according to preliminary data, as of 5:00 PM, the damage in Odessa includes 295 apartments in 35 buildings in the Primorsky district, 79 apartments in eight buildings in the Khadzhibeysky district, and 18 apartments in five buildings in the Peresypsky district. In the Khadzhibeysky and Primorsky districts, the inspection of apartments is ongoing.

Recall that
Russian forces launched a massive attack on Odessa. As a result of the shelling, the city experienced issues with heating supply, some homes lost electricity, and a residential building caught fire. As reported, the number of injured due to another attack by the Russians on Odessa has
