Odessa law enforcement officials have uncovered a local resident who organized a criminal scheme to help conscripts avoid mobilization and illegally cross the state border. This was reported by the Lviv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
According to the investigation, the woman offered to produce counterfeit documents for a fee, allowing conscripted men to legally leave the country. Her scheme involved the creation of a fictitious birth certificate for a non-existent child. To attract clients, an advertisement was placed in the Telegram messenger. The cost of such "services" was 14,500 hryvnias.
