A tourist has died at a ski resort, according to reports.

A skier has died at the Dragobrat ski resort in Transcarpathia. According to preliminary information, the young woman lost her balance on the lift. This was reported on Saturday, January 18, by the publication Mukachevo.net, citing eyewitnesses on social media.   "She lost her balance, fell down, and collided with a sharp part of the protective fence," journalists wrote.   The police arrived at the scene.   Ukrainian Truth reported that the police confirmed that "the girl died while skiing," but further details of the tragedy are currently unknown.   The circumstances of the incident are being investigated. Preliminary information suggests that the woman was a tourist who had come to the Carpathians for vacation.   Eyewitnesses are also sharing photos from the scene, showing that law enforcement is present at the resort.   Mukachevo.net   At one of the ski complexes in the Lviv region, a 12-year-old boy has died.   Earlier, an avalanche with a volume of 1280 cubic meters descended from the eastern slope of Mount Bretskyl in the Carpathians. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
