The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has made the decision to codify and allow the operation of the new armored vehicle "Zubr" within the units of the Defense Forces. This modern all-terrain armored vehicle has been developed with high requirements for mobility, off-road capability, and protection in challenging combat conditions. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The "Zubr" armored vehicle features a unique design that enables it to effectively carry out a wide range of tasks. In particular, its compact dimensions and enhanced off-road capability allow it to navigate various terrains, especially in complex landscapes and urbanized areas. Thanks to its reinforced independent suspension, the "Zubr" provides not only high maneuverability but also stability when traveling at relatively high speeds over difficult terrain.
A distinctive feature of the "Zubr" is its ability to overcome shallow water obstacles. This armored vehicle can move through small rivers or ditches, making it ideal for missions in environments where other vehicles may be restricted.
One of the key aspects of the "Zubr" is its armor. It offers reliable protection for servicemen against small arms fire and minimizes the likelihood of serious injuries from landmines or enemy explosives. This helps reduce the risk level for personnel when carrying out combat tasks in the presence of an active adversary.
Due to its flexible design, the "Zubr" can be equipped with additional weapon systems, allowing it to be utilized for combat missions. Furthermore, this armored vehicle can be used for transporting personnel and evacuating the wounded, making it a crucial element for enhancing operational efficiency and safety during combat operations.
