С 28 февраля Минобороны вводит значительные изменения для военнообязанных: какие новшества нас ожидают?

Starting from February 28, changes will come into effect in Ukraine regarding the interaction between the state and military personnel. One of the key innovations will be the introduction of military service suitability decrees exclusively in digital format. As reported by Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Yekaterina Chernohorenko during a telethon, information about suitability will be transmitted through a specially designed interface of the Ministry of Defense.

This will relieve military personnel from having to revisit territorial recruitment and social support centers (TRC).

"Individuals will not need to go to the TRC a second time with a decree of suitability or unfitness. We will transmit this data immediately through information exchange in 'Oberih,' and the person's status in 'Reserv+' will be updated with the current military medical commission (MMC) status. I mean the one they just completed, as well as whether they are fit or unfit," Chernohorenko stated.

This step will continue the reform of the military medical commission, which began on January 31. From now on, Ukrainians can receive electronic directions for the MMC, which also does not require a physical visit to the TRC and MMC.

It is worth noting that in 2024, the number of deaths in Ukraine was 2.8 times greater than the number of newborns. In 2024, 495,090 people died in Ukraine, which is 2.8 times more than the number of newborns (176,679).
