On Wednesday, February 5, British Foreign Secretary David Lammy arrived in Kyiv for an unannounced visit. This was reported by Ukraine's Ambassador to the UK and former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valeriy Zaluzhny.
"I welcome British Foreign Secretary David Lammy to Ukrainian soil. We will discuss further cooperation and joint projects aimed at enhancing Ukraine's security. I am grateful that the UK has always stood by us during these challenging times," Zaluzhny wrote.
During Lammy's visit, it is expected that the prospects for expanding cooperation and joint initiatives aimed at strengthening Ukraine's security will be discussed.
Recall that Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Russian losses at the front are 7 times greater than Ukrainian losses. Since the onset of the full-scale war, Russia has lost 350,000 troops, which is 7 times more than Ukrainian casualties.
