social media post on X. "His courage and personal example have been crucial in repelling Russian aggression, which is an attack on all free and democratic countries. That is why I awarded him the 'For Diplomatic Merit' medal," wrote Lipavský. The "For Diplomatic Merit" medal is awarded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic for contributions to Czech diplomacy, foreign policy, or exceptional achievements in the development of bilateral relations.
