The enemy is once again carrying out massive attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. As a result of strikes occurring across the country, the transmission system operator NEC "Ukrenergo" is urgently implementing emergency power outages. This has been reported by Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko on Facebook.
Such measures are necessary to stabilize the energy system and ensure safety. The company notes that as soon as the situation allows, the consequences of the attacks will be assessed and more detailed information will be provided.
Citizens are urged to closely monitor official announcements and remain in shelters during air raid alerts. The enemy continues to employ terrorist tactics aimed at creating chaos and destabilizing life in the rear.
As of now, energy workers are collaborating with representatives from the State Emergency Service to address the aftermath of the shelling. Ukrainians are asked to be understanding of the temporary inconveniences, particularly the lack of electricity, as this is a crucial step in preserving the integrity of the country's energy system.
Let us remind you, there has been a massive missile attack by Russia: explosions in Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Volyn, and other cities, resulting in injuries and destruction. Explosions were reported in Kyiv, Lutsk, Mykolaiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, as well as in Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi regions. Residential buildings have been damaged, and infrastructure impacts have been recorded.
