Near the temporarily occupied Melitopol by Russian forces, strikes likely occurred at the locations of Russian military units. This was reported by former advisor to the mayor of Mariupol and head of the Center for Occupation Studies, Petr Andryushchenko, on his Telegram channel.
"Melitopol. The occupiers around the city are receiving 'Christmas' greetings from the SOU (Defense Forces of Ukraine - ed.) for the past twenty minutes," he wrote.
According to him, local residents noticed an ambulance convoy heading towards the area of the alleged strikes.
"The occupying authorities remain silent, but locals report convoys of ambulances leaving the city," he added.
