A client of the mobile operator "Kyivstar" expressed outrage over unexpected charges deducted from her account after her tariff plan expired.

The woman shared her complaint on the company's official social media page.

As a result, her communication services cost her 600 hryvnias per month.

In her message, she noted that after the tariff ended, the operator began to deduct money from her account daily to provide calls and other services.

"I don't want money to be deducted from my account every day after the tariff ends. I didn't order this. Why is this happening?" – she wrote.

In response, representatives of "Kyivstar" explained that this scheme is a standard feature of their tariff plan, which cannot be changed. At the same time, they offered an alternative — to switch to the "All Together" tariff plan, as the basic tariff package was not fully activated.

Additionally, Politek reported that the mobile operator Vodafone announced a change in the cost of the "Year without subscription fees" service for new connections in several tariff plans.

Experts from the technical community MZU (Mobile Communication of Ukraine) believe that the increase in the cost of the "Year without subscription fees" service will lead to a rise in tariff prices.
