After submitting documents for a subsidy, the Pension Fund makes a decision regarding its provision within 14-30 days.

If the subsidy has not been granted, it does not mean that your application has been rejected. It indicates that the amount of the benefit is zero.
Within three days after the decision is made, the Pension Fund of Ukraine must inform the applicant. If the documents were submitted through the "Dіya" portal, you can find the information in the sections "Pay attention" and "Ordered services." If the application was made via the Pension Fund's web portal, check the "My messages" – "Individual checks" section.
For those who are already receiving a subsidy, all information regarding the date and amount of payment can be found in the "My subsidy" section on the same portal.
Additionally, if the documents were submitted in person at the Center for Administrative Services or at the Pension Fund, the notification may be sent either as a letter or to your email. All information regarding subsidies is also available on the Pension Fund's portal in the "My subsidy" section.
